Abstract
- The article discusses training principles for chest, triceps and the lower back. It stresses the importance of a variation of machines and exercises in order to prevent strength imbalances in chest muscles. The strength of the triceps differs with arm position in relation to the shoulder. Tips on doing the dead lift which is described as the king of all exercises are also provided.
