Adjustment of Tactics and Localization of Strategy—On the Intmspection of Athletics Sports Reforms' Gradual Progress and History.

The article presents a paper which defines the value orientation of sports reform and strategic objective from the social reform goal in China. It states that it could provide solution to various kinds of problem appearing in the reform and realize its foundation and theoretical basis. It cites that it will deepen the athletic sports reform for the sustainable development of athletics sports.
