Abstract
- The article reports on the move of the DECO water treatment facility in Terneuzen, The Netherlands, to use the fouling-resistant Filmtec Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane technology. According to the article, among the benefits of the system include having a 20% water recovery and the 50% decrease in operational cost. In addition, it affirms that the membranes also help preserve the natural resources of the state and save water and energy.
