Abstract

This article discusses the possibility that emigrants who traveled from developing countries to developed countries in search of work are returning home because of the lack of job prospects. The development of financial incentives to encourage voluntary return migration among alien laborers in countries including Spain and the Czech republic is described. While the return of migrants is encouraged in many countries, Japan is encouraging Brazilian immigrants to stay.
