Abstract
- The article discusses a court case wherein a panel of appellate division judges in New Jersey granted the burial of Harold St. John at the Spotswood grave site after defendant companies failed to overcome the bereft family's objections to an autopsy. The entry notes that Harold St. John filed a lawsuit in 2008 against Honeywell International Inc., Chrysler Motors LLC and five automobile parts companies for asbestos exposure while working at an automobile repair shop in Jersey City. St. John died of asbestos-related cancer on February 28, 2009.
