Abstract
- Chapter Four of the book "Women, Education and the Self: A Foucauldian Perspective" is presented. It explores the form and function of gendered subjectivities, maps for evaluations, the post modern approach and the evaluative role of discourse. It highlights the shift in educational subjectivities of boys falling behind girls, gender discourses and dominant equity in education.
