Abstract
- The article offers news briefs related to real estate business in New York. Two apartment complexes have been bought by Commack-based Fairfield Properties Inc. in West Babylon for $12.75 million. The groundbreaking of Enecon Corp.'s new facility in Medford was celebrated by Brookhaven Town officials in February 2008. Public meetings will be held by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation on its clean-up efforts on contaminated business sites in Oceanside and Roosevelt.
