Abstract
- The author recommends the Springfield College in Massachusetts for career advancement in the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA). He explores the historic partnership between the college and the YMCA which aims to help the YMCA fulfill its mission by providing well-educated graduates committed to serving other people. He offers information on the programs offered by the college for prospective YMCA professionals. The college is also converting the Judd Gymnasia into the Stitzer YMCA Center.
