Abstract

The article reports on the plan of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to consider issues on environmental justice during a review of national enforcement priorities. It says that the EPA is examining various enforcement priorities as part of the creation of a list of focus areas for 2011 to 2013. It notes the priorities set by the EPA through 2010 including air toxics emissions, environmental issues on Indian land and discharges of wet weather under the Clean Water Act.
