Evaluating Juvenile Prosecution and Defense Capacity Building Projects in Pennsylvania.

Since the mid-1990s, the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency has funded numerous Juvenile Prosecution and Defense Capacity Building Projects (JPDCBP), in an effort to improve juvenile case processing and juvenile court operations.
