Abstract: The article presents a research study about the diagnostic value of new electrocardiography (ECG) criteria on ventricular tachycardia (VT) and activation delay to enhance the identification of individuals with arrthythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia/cardiomyopathy (ARVD/C). The study showed that the recognition of individuals was improved through the addition of ECG criteria to current task force criteria (TFC) for ARVD/C. It notes that the result was independent of outcome of DNA analyses.
