Abstract
- The article offers news briefs regarding the environmental charges subjected to various companies. The Southeastern New England Shipbuilding Co. (SENESCO) of the North Kingstown, Rhode Island is entitled to pay 224, 000 dollars after violating the federal and state clean air regulations as a result of facility construction without proper permits from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The BASF Corp. faces a 384, 000 dollars civil fine due to violation of federal air pollution laws.
