Abstract
- The article discusses a court case regarding riparian rights as owners of contiguous shoreline properties. The conflict has risen when appellant-respondent Michael Lukis has installed a pier closer to John and Thomas Blackburn's property than Dean Ray's pier. Lukis has filed a counterclaim against Ray and a cross-claim against the Blackburns. The Court of Appeals of Indiana has found that the determination of the parties' riparian zones by the Natural Resources Commission was appropriate.
