Abstract
- The article discusses a court case wherein a student alleged that she was subjected to discrimination on the basis of her disability. It says that the Tarrant County College District denied the student's request for accommodations for the spring 2008 semester. The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) found that the college has made a violation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
