Abstract
- The mathematical formulation for multi-objective topology optimization of large-scale continuum structures was established based on the variable density method and sequential convex programming approach, in which the statically loaded multi-stiffness problem as well as. the dynamic problem are both regarded as two objective functions respectively, and the percentage of the allowed material usage occupied the whole design space is settled as a global constraint to narrow down the search domain. The method of moving asymptotes belonging to sequential convex programming approaches was used to solve the optimization problem. The validity of the methods presented in this paper was substantiated by performing a typical numerical application. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
