Abstract
- The article focuses on the on the integration of serial port in the Robotics Developer Studio (RDS) service. It says that SerialPort Service involves a source code for installing RDS. It adds the SerialPort service sends notifications through the ReceiveByte operation type when in asynchronous mode. Moreover, the two visual programming language (VPL) programs including EchoAsynch and EchoSynch allows the use of service in both asynchronous mode and synchronous mode.
