Optimal allocation of conservation effort among subpopulations of a threatened species: How important is patch quality?

The article offers information on the animal conservation management such as the case of Sumatran tigers in Kerinci Seblat National Park (KSNP), Indonesia. It says that using stochastic dynamic programming (SDP) by integrating habitat quality, cost of action, and extinction probability to determine the need of an allocation can solve and avoid the loss of subpopulation.
