Abstract
- Chapter 3 of the book "U.S. States E-Governance Survey (2008): An Assessment of State Websites" is presented. The overall score of each state is presented and was evaluated based on the five e-governance component categories. The tables presented the overall rankings of each state based on the scores with Maine garnering the highest score. Based on the rankings per region, ranked number one were Indiana for the Midwest, Maine for the Northeast, South Carolina for the South, and Oregon for the West.
