Abstract
- Chapter 7 of the book "Drugs and the World" is presented. It discusses how illegal drugs became an issue related to a society's development since it is argued that the assertion of drugs being a developmental impediment cannot be substantiated. It also mentions the different issues on the spread of drugs which include the absence of a constructive theory on the use of illegal drugs. It also mentions the different attributes of illegal drugs such as its physical attributes.
