Abstract
- The article offers information on things that reduce belly fat. It states that avocados provides high doses of monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) which help prevent the deposition of fat around the middle section of the body. It mentions that egg whites have no added fat despite providing all the advantages of protein. Furthermore, the phytochemical compounds in green tea are assumed to speed up the metabolic rate of the body, trigger the release of fat, and promote fat burning.
