Abstract: The article announces that library services have a chance to bid for a 30 million British pound government investment in Great Britain online centers. The Smarter Government report showed that online government has to mean 100 percent online citizens and award 30 million British pound to Great Britain online centers to help get one million people online by 2012. Natasha Innocent of the Museums, Libraries & Archives (MLA) believes that library services are the forefront for bridging the digital divide.
