Abstract
- The article discusses a study on the purification and identification of Brucella abortus 544A O chain-A antigen using heat-phenol, agarose immunodiffusion (AGID) and sodium dodycyl sulfate polycrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and preparation of the strain specific monoclonal antibodies (McAbs).
