Abstract
- Information on paper used in printmaking from the book "Etching and Photopolymer Intaglio Techniques" is presented. Mould-made paper is the most useful for printmaking and has the same ingredients as handmade paper which makes it less expensive. Paper comes in different shades of white such as off-white, grey, and buff, including colors. Paper that can be used for etching are tissue paper, blotting paper, Japanese paper, water-leaf paper, cartridge paper, newsprint paper, and cards or boards.
