Dos reflexiones sobre la actual enseñanza del Derecho.

The article presents the reflections of two authors concerning the study and teaching of law and legal history and changes in educational methods. The first document is in Portuguese and written by a law professor from the University of Lisbon in Lisbon, Portugal, and it discusses changes in their educational system in response to certain Portuguese laws and the Declaration of Bologna. The second is in Spanish and by a professor from the Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit, México, and it examines the role of the university and law education at the university level in Mexico.
