Abstract
- The article explains a notion that New Zealand's (NZ) dairy farmers are more fortunate. Compared to British dairy farmers, NZ is said to have a united dairy farming industry that ensures the best total payout for farmers' milk. British dairy farmers have been losing profitability year on year despite the fact the consumers have been paying more for milk. The author acknowledges the Fonterra board's focus on making retaining profits and making more money for further investment.
