Abstract

Quality, innovation, and social justice influence the effectiveness of career assessment in helping individuals make occupational, educational, training, and employment choices. While quality, innovation, and addressing social justice issues are often mentioned as desired characteristics, the degree to which these characteristics are generally present in assessment varies considerably. This article will examine quality, innovation, and social justice in career assessment and then suggest recommendations for the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
