Abstract

The article offers information on several essential sports supplements including micronized essential amino acid, beta-alanine and caffeine. It states that a study confirmed that some essential amino acids can enhance the muscle size including branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) isoleucine, valine and leucine. It mentions that beta-alanine can help muscles to generate more energy through its element called carnosine. It notes that caffeine acts as a stimulant to release the fat from the cells.
