Abstract
- The article discusses a court case wherein the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts approved a class action settlement between plaintiffs, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the National Federation of the Blind (NFB) and several blind persons, and defendants, Cardtronics Inc. and Cardtronics USA Inc. It discusses why they agreed on a proposed remediation plan. The settlement demands the improvement of voice-guided scripts for Cardtronics-owned automated teller machines (ATMs).
