A case for safety leadership team training of hospital managers.

The article presents a study on the safety leadership team training program for hospital managers and its effects on behavior change among managers. The study selects 12 management groups from an academic medical center for the experience-based, customized, and integrated multimodal curriculum of the program. It says that following 15 months of training sessions the managers were found to have increased targeted behaviors, awareness, and use of leadership behaviors.
