Current Survey.

The article presents a survey on the developments of the environmental legislative proposals from the European Union (EU). Some of the developments made by the European Commission include the classification of hazardous substances under the classification, labeling and packaging (CLP regulation) and the publication of a report on the implementation of the EU's 2005 waste strategy. Moreover, the EU has published a policy paper on resource sustainability in Europe.
