Abstract: In this paper, two evaluation models of fuzzy theory are studied by the application of fuzzy theory in the comprehensive quality of university teachers. According to the results of the relative experiment, it proves that the application of fuzzy theory can more effectively solve many problems like how to identify, analyze and process the problems of engineering technology and how to analyze and test the problems on education , society and human science, which are hard to be solved in traditional ways.
