Abstract
- The article presents tips to handle overlaminates which are becoming more widely used to protect images printed on a variety of substrates. If a graphic requires a great deal of ink, print service providers (PSP) must reportedly learn to adapt the work to accommodate the use of overlaminates. Technical marketing manager Jeff Stadelman advises PSPs to be aware of how a piece is dried before lamination to avoid defects. An advice from technical manager Paul Roba on high ink coverage is included.
