Abstract
- The article discusses the development of Cranley Farms at Arahura in West Coast, New Zealand as of October 2011. It states that the property received a 5 million dollar equity fund from the Westland Development Council for upgrades and maintenance. It cites the history of the farm since it was turned into an equity partnership in 2004, its development since, as well as its profit potential. It also describes the other developments being made on farmsteads in the surrounding area.
