Abstract

The author discusses the U.S. Farm Bill. He talks on the history of the U.S. farm subsidy, mismanagement at the loss of taxpayers, and the positive and negative impact of the agricultural subsidies. He discusses the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933 passed by the U.S. Congress to help stabilize agricultural prices, keep food affordable, and make the American farming to be the most productive worldwide. He adds that farm subsidies cause more harm than good.
