Abstract

The article reports on the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) issued by the government of Great Britain. It informs that the government has set tariff levels under the initiative to gain 12 percent annual rate of return for installing renewable heat technology. It tells that the government has not issued sufficient data about the heat incentives for domestic consumers and states that in long term, this policy will be beneficial for the government as well as domestic consumers. It is further suggested that confidence of investors should be increased for getting success in these kinds of projects.
