Abstract

The article discusses a case filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York by the U.S. against financial service company J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A. related to money fraud. As stated, billion dollars of Ponzi scheme run by Bernard Madoff were in accounts of investor who was net winner overweighing net losers. According to court, the permissive intervention was not warranted.
