Abstract

The article presents the results of the U.S. telephone survey conducted by American Foundation of the Blind (AFB) focusing on topics such as the types of products most inaccessible for people with vision loss and web activity-related issues. Among the products included in the list of inaccessible ones are washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. The results suggest the need for products to provide speech output with audio cues for these people to be able to use electronics devices effectively.
