Failure of China's Environmental Protection Policy: Its Cause Analysis and Modification Principles.

Though there are comparatively complete environmental protection policies in present China, the environment is increasingly polluted and the ecology is increasingly destroyed, mainly because the macro-managerial system of environmental protection is not perfect, policies fail to be complemented, the concerned departments lack coordination in environmental protection, the environmental policies are not appropriate, and the wrong value orientation is adopted.
