Pyogenic Granuloma.

The article describes the case of a 7-month-old boy who was clinically diagnosed with pyogenic granuloma. A lesion had developed on the boy's forehead several weeks earlier after minor trauma to the area which had rapidly enlarged and become irritated. The initial treatment was pulsed-dye laser therapy but the mother opted for excisional biopsy over a second round of laser therapy because of continued bleeding and growth of the lesion.
