Abstract
- The article presents research which investigated the lymphoid organ lesions of ducks. The researchers observed degeneration of multifocal areas of coagulative necrosis in spleen as well as periarteriolar reticular cells. They found lymphoid depletion, necrosis, congestion and haemorrhage in the lymphoid organs of the subjects such as in the spleen, caecal tonsils and bursa of Fabricius.
