Abstract: Farmers access to information is more than the government propaganda way, television news and wireless radio, although can obtain a lot of information, but the transmission way limited, and there are disadvantages, such as pertinence, so need through a more efficient, more convenient and is more specific ways to provide information service for the farmers.
