Abstract
- The article profiles Tirau, New Zealand dairy farmers Quintin and Shari de Wet. It details how the couple successfully combined their passion for dairying and trout fishing. Quintin graduated from an agricultural college in South Africa and has worked on farms before immigrating with his parents to New Zealand. The couple are in their first dairy season for farm owner Pauline Laboyrie in Tirau.
