Abstract
- The article presents information on the U.S. District Court case In re Mercedes-Benz Tele Aid Contract Litigation in which putative class action against the defendant was filed by the plaintiffs who sought claims for the unjust enrichment and violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. The defendant filed motion for reconsideration to decertify the class, and it was held by the court that New Jersey laws were applicable to plaintiffs' fraud claims. The court ordered accordingly.
