Abstract
- The article reports that Katherine Tucker will be one of the seven to be in the National Bank Young Farmer of theYear Contest grand final in 2012. Tucker, who is also the third woman to contest a grand final, is a 26-year-old dairy farmer from the Tapora peninsula on the Kaipara Harbour in New Zealand. She claims that one of her strengths is determination. At the age of 22, she joined in a Northern regional final in 2008.
