Abstract
- The article discusses a paper aimed at examining the dynamics of pharmacist-client interaction and relationship in the frame of Relational Dialectics Theory (RDT), which was presented at the International Communication Association Convention, held in Boston, Massachusetts, on May 26, 2011. It explains how competing discourses can be related to the enactment of client-centeredness in the pharmacist-client relationship. Also highlights the changes have been made in the field of community pharmacy.
