Abstract

The article presents a study on carprofen's efficacy administered by different routes in experimental uveitis in dogs. The researchers used 12 mongrel dogs and 20 poodles aging from 11 to 14 months. They found that topical route is preferred for uveitis management because it is simple to use and offers desirable intraocular drug concentration.
