Abstract

The article describes the case of an eight-month-old dog weighing 28 kilograms (kg) who was unable to bear weight on both hind legs, presented to the Department of Veterinary Surgery and Radiology of the Veterinary College in Bangalore, India. After bilateral supracondylar fracture was revealed on both hind limbs by the radiograph, the animal was stabilized with fluids, followed by the performance of bilateral cross pinning. Normal weight bearing was seen a month after surgery.
