Abstract
- The article offers the insights of Sri Lankan Parliament Member Harsha de Silva on his call for major reforms to improve the debate in making laws for the country. He says that the process of enacting laws in the country where no Bill is presented to the full House or Senate unless it gets past the committees. He mentions that law in the country is made without any public discussion and he believes that the time has came for the people to join in the process.
