POLÍTICAS ESTATALES Y SU REPERCUSIÓN EN LA VITIVINICULTURA DE LA PROVINCIA DE MENDOZA Y DEL MUNICIPIO DE SAN RAFAEL, 1946-1955.

This article considers the economic and public policies implemented by the Argentine government under president Juan Peron, also known as Peronism. The author focuses on the agricultural productivity of the province of Mendoza, particularly as it pertains to viticulture. She hopes to gain a better understanding of regional economies in Argentina and the extent of federal influence on their activities. A brief history of wine production in Argentina both before and after the implementation of these policies is also provided.
