- The article presents a biography of the 19th-century pioneer resident of El Paso County, Texas Frank Eckley Hunter. Details are given outlining Hunter's birth in Indiana, his family background, and his emigration to El Paso in 1883. Accounts are also given noting his career as County Attorney and County Judge for El Paso and involvement with the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
